Well after our long break from Winterjam we have attended 2 skidpads events and hosted one car meet that went smoothly.

A spot opened up at Limitless Motorsport C.A.T.S event for the skidpad so Thomas (White S14) took advantage of the situation, gassed up and attended the event. Compared to our previous coverages this time we had time to gather things like a Gopro Silver edition, mounts, sd cards, laptops, and actual man power since of all TFH members attended, although we did not have the right equipment to cover full track, we made the best efforts of what we could.

Turnout was amazing with a wide variety of enemies of grip drift cars to pavement carving circuit riders to the usual take your girlfriend on a date and go home cars, they had everything. The morning weather aided the hotter running cars with low morning temperatures but slowly evaporated as the sun showed its hot ass.

The level of drivers were split between people who were here for their millionth time or the ones losing their virginity to the sport of drifting or track time in general. Although no matter how good you are sometimes one thing can change the entire outcome of the day like my buddy Travis Roush endured, but he’s known to get pushed down and comeback again even stronger.

But…if you were one of the lucky ones who got to enjoy the entire day with little to no problems its a blast. The way I see it Pro’s have enough coverage, media, videos, features, etc out there, so when I see the opportunity to have some coverage of the less known upcoming talent its a great way to give them a chance to shine with a small segment in a video or a nice picture they can show friends/family.

When talking about cars with people who have similar interest it, hell even similar setups, you can automatically relate to the struggle of living paycheck to paycheck trying to make your car better and better and more awesome…….. like im talking about Jessica Alba and Scarlett Johansen licking eachothers vagina’s then moaning your name awesome…for girls just think of Channing Tatom and Justin Bieber or something i dont care.

Drifting is very simple: Slide with friends and have fun. People tend to over complicate things when topics like competition, going pro, form/function, drama, and stereotypes come up. When days like this goes by you appreciated being alive and spending times with friends to reminisce years later to say “bro, remember that time when twinkies existed? Oh yeah and the days we did some daredevil’n on the track” in your retirement home.

Alex at Limtless motorsports seems to understand that type of concept where people can get exposed to drifting the “right” way instead of finding it on a oakland highway shutdown by retards. Not just alex understands this but his entire crew,team and thunderhill staff knows a cheap fun event will provide for some very awesome experiences for newcomers and regulars, hats off to you guys….because we dont need no $250.00 for a skidpad event…..psssh aint nobody got time for that.
